“We had a very comfortable stay at the Mantra Sydney Airport. After extremely disappointing service from the ALL booking team, the Mantra reception staff were nothing but kind helpful and accommodating. The meals in the cafe style restaurant were delicious and reasonably priced and we had a lovely, quiet and comfortable night sleep before taking an early flight the next morning. When we walked out in the morning to get our flight, the Sydney Airport Shuttle was waiting at the door. It couldn’t have been better service.”
“Good for an overnight stay. Close to airport. For hire shuttle bus to all terminals. Light travellers can walk ~15 minutes to T2&3. Small rooms with the basics you need including USB ports bedside. Dinner in restaurant was good”
“We always enjoy staying at the Mantra on Sydney Airport. We are regulars here. We walk from the airport train station; not too far (about 10 minutes), and a concrete footpath the whole way. We receive a lovely warm welcome at the Reception desk, and because we are Accor members we also receive a welcome drink. Our room this time was on Level 7 and we had a terrific view of the sky. Great for watching the planes landing! Lovely big bed, and a nice meal in the restaurant. In the morning, taxis are waiting out the front to take us back to the Domestic Terminal. Thank you, we will be back!”
“Mostly a good experience. Check in was smooth, hotel looked lovely, everything was clean, bed was mostly comfortable, shower was great and I really loved the shampoo & conditioner available. It smelt amazing. Sadly I had a couple of negatives that were a little frustrating. The tv kept turning off, the kettle off button was broken and the Shuttle driver that took me from the hotel to the Airport was very rude. I was also disappointed the room did not have information about dinning options and things locally that could be accessed. It would also be very helpful to have a clear map for new visitors on how to walk to the Airport from the hotel. It is extremely confusing and this is why I had to pay for the shuttle bus.”
